Future Talents Day

The Future Talents Day on the last day of the trade fair offers young professionals, start-ups, newcomers and students the opportunity to present themselves to exhibitors and an international audience of experts. At the business speed dating event, new talents met exhibitors and HR managers and were able to network for future business. The focus was on promoting young talent in the industry in order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. The new format took place for the first time at h+h cologne in 2024 and will continue to enrich the industry in the future.
