Deep- Dive- Workshop 2: New perspectives for the store model

Traditional bricks-and-mortar retail is sometimes struggling these days. New ideas are needed to motivate the end consumer to come into the shop. Especially in cities like London, Paris, New York ... new shops with interesting, sometimes unusual concepts are emerging. We want to take a look at them together and develop ideas that can be transferred to handicraft shops.
