About Stefanie Voss
“The businesswoman with the pirate soul” – that's how Stefanie Voss is often described. She is an internationally booked speaker, coach, workshop facilitator, and author – and she has sailed around the world. She has always followed her own path in an unconventional, courageous, and daring way.
At 16, she was an exchange student in the USA, at 19 an intern in Paris, at 23 she moved to Argentina for her employer, and at 25 she signed on to a sailing ship to circumnavigate the globe as part of an international crew. At the age of 31, she became a department head at a DAX-listed company. After 15 years of a successful corporate career, she founded her own company in 2009. Her areas of expertise are leadership and communication, the VUCA world, diversity, and agility.
She was born in 1974 and lives with her husband and two sons near Düsseldorf.
