We want to make sure that your participation as an h+h cologne exhibitor is stress free. In addition we want to and make it easier for you to prepare for the trade fair. The following check list will provide you with an overview of all the things that you should consider and it includes important deadlines. This way, you will have all the important dates at a glance.

  • Show or hide deadlines, important information and start dates for organizing your trade fair participation

    By registering on or before 31st May 2026, exhibitors will be charged the reduced trade fair participation price. The price is based on the date the registration forms are received by Koelnmesse.

    Mailing of stand confirmations

    01.09.2026 | 12:00 AM

    Starting about September 2026 stand confirmations are sent out. The participation contract takes effect with stand confirmation. The stand area confirmation includes dimensioned stand sketches and site maps as attachments.

    Mailing of participation invoice

    You will receive the invoice for the participation fee including stand area rental, along with your free work and exhibitor passes, starting around January 2027. Invoice amounts are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

    *Co-exhibitors are companies that are represented at the trade fair with their own products and their own personnel but use the stand area of a main exhibitor. Companies within a corporate group and subsidiaries count as co-exhibitors.

    Trucks will be permitted to enter from 18:00 p.m. The stand may not be partially or completely cleared, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 17:00 p.m. on 04.04.2027. Koelnmesse has the right to impose a contract penalty of up to 5,000.00 euros for each time that an exhibitor violates this regulation. Koelnmesse may in addition/as an alternative bar the exhibitor in question from participating in the following event.
