Durable Yarn

Discover the colorful world of Durable yarns! Founded in the 1930s in the Netherlands, the Dutch brand Durable offers a large range of high quality yarns in a wide variety of colours that can be used all year round.

One of these high quality yarns is Durable Comfy, a premium microfiber acrylic that was recently launched. The microfibers ensure an extreme softness and provide a strong and durable yarn. Thanks to the microfibers, the final garment is much more comfortable to wear in contrast to ordinary acrylic yarn.

Another brand new member of the Durable yarn family is Durable Braided, a sturdy braided cord made of soft 100% recycled cotton. Durable Braided is ideal for home deco projects, but also very suitable for making children’s projects. Moreover Durable Braided is Oekotex standard 100 class 1 certified.

In order to support our dealers, Durable offers free online patterns of various projects to inspire the knitter or crocheter.
