Strengthening and stretching exercises for the back, neck, shoulders and arms, as well as hands and fingers.
Repetitive movements with the arms and hands and sitting for long periods of time
can cause weakness and stiffness in the wrists, fingers and back.
Practicing simple exercises regularly can help prevent injury. Exercises can strengthen the back and wrists while keeping them flexible. Stretches are recommended as a preventive measure or to relieve mild pain. However, they should not be used by people with inflammation or severe joint damage unless recommended by a doctor.
If pain occurs during an exercise, please pause immediately.
The exercises can be performed sitting and standing, so they can also be done in the office.
