"Believe me, if it can be digitised, it will be." This well-known quote by the former head of Hewlett Packard, Carly Fiorina, is facing companies and people with many new challenges. Trusted patterns and approaches no longer work and are becoming obsolete. The media are appearing thick and fast right through to decisions taken by robots. Whereas a digital, connected and collaborative mindset is normal for the younger generation, the X and baby boomer generations often reach their limits when it comes down to agility and participation.
It is about more than introducing technology. It is about directing one's own sights from digital risks, dangers and anxieties towards digital chances, opportunities and curiosity!
